A. North American Orders

The standard shipping charge for the USA (48 Contiguous states & DC) is $19.50.
To allow for the additional costs of shipping outside the 48 Contiguous US States & DC, there is a supplement to the price in the Destination menu. For Canada and other destinations a preliminary shipping supplement is automatically charged when you order. When we receive your order we will email you with the actual shipping options and costs, and you can then decide whether to pay any additional charges needed, or to cancel your order.
Standard or Extended Warranty?
The Standard Manufacturer's Warranty is 2 years. We also offer an Extended Warranty* service for a small additional payment: an extra One Year (3 years in all) costs $27.95, or an extra Two Years (4 years in all) costs $42.95
If you wish to pay for an Extended Warranty, please send us an email with your choice of One or Two Extra Years – we will then contact you to complete the extension of your warranty.
B. UK & Europe Order information
The UK/European 220/240-volt version of the Surge of Chi Exercisers - including the FlexxiCore Passive Exerciser (formerly the Surge of Chi Exerciser Mark 2) can be ordered securely on the Energy for Health website - prices are in GBP Pounds but can also be made in Euros on request.
If you would like to pay in Euros there is an option for you to request the current price in Euros - please send us an email with your request to pay for your order in Euros, including shipping address.
Delivery Information: The standard UK shipping charge for the UK mainland is £8.75. For Northern Ireland and other offshore UK destinations, and for all other European destinations, please send us an email with your order including shipping address. We will then send you a link to Paypal with the correct shipping amount so you can easily and securely pay online.
C. Australia and New Zealand Orders
We are currently offering a deep discount on the Surge of Chi Exerciser Mark 3 and Mark 4 as well as the FlexxiCore Passive Exerciser (formerly the Surge of Chi Exerciser Mark 2) through our Australian website at ChiMachine.com.au. The shipping charges will be calculated by the shopping cart, depending on the destination address.
