This is a general guide to shipping policies in North America, Western Europe and Australia & New Zealand

North America

The shopping cart will calculate your shipping cost automatically depending on your destination.

The Standard shipping fee of $19.50 for Continental USA (excluding Alaska) covers shipping of 1 – 4 units. A surcharge will apply for 5 or more units, depending on destination address (we will check with you before shipping or charging your card – you can then email us to confirm).

If your delivery address is in Hawaii, Alaska or Canada, please choose the appropriate option in the order process – the shopping cart will calculate a basic shipping charge. Please note that we will email you with your shipping options after receiving the order (there may be an additional charge depending on the service you choose). We will not charge your card for any extra costs without your agreement.

Western Europe

Customers in Western Europe, please choose the appropriate option in the order process – UK; Ireland & Northern Ireland; or Western Europe (for the countries listed). For other European destinations, please choose the Western Europe option and we will let you know any additional shipping charges by email before processing your order.

If you are based outside North America and Europe, please choose the Rest of the World option. We will let you know any additional shipping charges by email before processing your order.

Australia & New Zealand

Energy for Health Australia has stock available and customers in Australia and New Zealand can either:

1. order from the Energy for Health UK website, choosing the Rest of the World option (we will then let you know any additional shipping charges by email before processing your order).

2. We have provided links on each product page for customers in Australia and New Zealand to order on Amazon.com.au, which also has stock available.
